VINYASA FLOW is a 60 minute class that focuses in on building a framework for your yoga practice that includes constant, focused breathing and strong, safe poses with proper alignment.
This class is challenging, but also fun! You'll sweat, laugh and you'll grow as you learn the foundation of this empowering practice. Whether you're truly a beginner or a seasoned yogi looking for a fresh start, Power Yoga Basics will challenge and inspire you.
BAPTISTE POWER FLOW

A Baptiste Power Flow class is based on the teachings and style of Baron Baptiste. The class has the power to transform your body, revive your spirit and make you feel ALIVE. Built on the foundation set in Power Yoga Basics, Baptiste Power Flow adds in more varied poses. It expands on the principles of alignment and breath as you're challenged to get outside of your comfort zone.
All levels are welcome.
If you're looking for relax, meditation and deep stretching then this is the class for you!
Healing and restoration are the focus of our Slow Flow yoga classes, and we keep the studio at a moderate room temperature. Classes are therapeutic and invigorating at the same time and are perfect for those who are new to yoga or recovering from an injury and for those who are craving a class where they can move with ease and awareness.
YIN FLOW MAGIC (THE SWEET SIDE OF BAPTISTE YOGA)
Slow down, breathe and dive deeper into awareness, allowing yourself to redirect your focus inward.
This class starts with a traditional power vinyasa sequence of "yang" and moves to longer holding "yin" postures. The YIN practice is the perfect compliment to our regular power vinyasa classes and your active lifestyle.
YIN Yoga works deeply into the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons and fascia), healing joints and increasing flexibility.
POWER FLOW 101
The Power Flow 101 Class is designed for the brand new student!
Starting a yoga practice can be overwhelming, and even a bit intimidating. This class is a welcoming environment where everyone else is new too.
The teacher will weave in elements of breath and movement through beginner's yoga postures, and also take time to break down the "how to's' for healthy and safe alignment and modifications to help you find success in your practice.
